Currently, Snugs prints custom earbuds using an industrial grade silicone 3D printer from a third-party service provider, and Snugs is manually surfaced before being sent to the user. The company said they hope that all of these processes will be completed within the company by the end of the year.

So it is not difficult to understand that Snugs customers are willing to go to the designated location for 3D scanning, and the business is currently only trial operation in London. According to China's 3D printing network, the entire process (scanning and customizing earplugs) costs £159, and if it is necessary to provide on-site scanning services, it costs £209.
